Weekly Bazaars are the most interesting and mystical part of Turkish daily life and are the most important trade event of the week for many.

Söke is a large town in the province of Aydin in western Turkey, near the Aegean coast. Every Wednesday the large Söke Bazaar takes place providing locals and tourists with the opportunity to shop in an exotic marketplace.

Söke is surrounded by fertile land and agriculture plays a big part in local life, cotton, grains and olives are the most produced crops and these can be found in the Bazaar to buy.

Located around an hour away by road from your self-catering accommodation at Apollonium, Söke Bazaar is a traditional Turkish bazaar full of fresh fruit, vegetables, textiles and virtually anything else you can think of buying.
